The Fray Middle Schoolers are 6th – 8th graders
The Fray Middle Schoolers are 6th-8th grade
Middle Schoolers are seeking out their unique identities and taking on beliefs that are their own. The Fray offers space for youth to show up just as they are to explore and question big ideas together and wonder about what it means to be deeply woven. Together we pause. Pause to play, practice, and people.
Join in on Sundays for Inside, Out.
Joy, Anger, Sadness, Disgust, and Fear! Recently joined by Anxiety, Envy, Embarrassment, and Ennui… How do we know what’s going on inside our own brains? Navigating our feelings, navigating how our feelings show up in the world... All of our life experiences help to shape us and give us strength in the situations we face as we grow. And we get to show up as our full selves, with our whole range of feelings behind us! All this and more as Fabric Kids tackle what it means to bring what’s on the inside… out! More HERE.
Wednesday Group
Wednesdays from 6:30 – 8pm are a time for Middle Schoolers to hang out, play, explore the city, stretch and try out new ways to share their gifts, and talk about stuff that matters! Most Wednesdays we meet at the Fabric office at 3751 17th Ave S in the lower level but watch your emails and texts for times that we are headed out and about! Once a month we join up with the 4th and 5th graders for a Mash Up which gives us a chance to be mentors and role models!
A brief preview of our upcoming FabricTV+ series, and announcing the first-ever Fabric Film Festival! Put together a team and make a film together— it doesn’t matter if you’re a pro or haven’t made a short film before… it’s all about creativity, not perfection!
