Guidance for gathering in-person:

VACCINATIONS/MASKING/TESTING

  • Vaccines and boosters are recommended for everyone eligible.

  • Fabric is still requesting everyone to wear a mask at our gatherings. We suggest surgical, KN95 or N95 as the safest option.

  • If you have been exposed to COVID and/or if COVID symptoms are present, please test before coming to Field.

STAY HOME IF YOU ARE SICK

  • Experiencing a cough, runny nose, fever, shortness of breath, headache? If so, please stay home.

  • Sunday gatherings are streamed live on YouTube (Sundays @ 10:30am) and the podcast is available through your favorite podcast player.

SPACING

  • We will have chairs spaced out to allow for 6 feet of space between pods or bubbles of people.

  • You are welcome to sit close to the people who agree to be in your bubble. Please acknowledge the need for space between your bubble and the next one.

CONTACT TRACING

  • To protect the Fabric community and for contact tracing purposes…

    • If you find that you develop COVID-19, please email us so that we can alert those who were in contact with you at our gathering.

AIR FILTERING SYSTEMS

  • The Commons has a HEPA air filtering system that works best when windows are closed. We will leave windows closed per MPS guidance.

  • Other rooms also have built-in or stand-alone HEPA air filtering systems. We will use these systems anytime there is more than 1 person in a room.

FOOD & DRINKS

  • We will provide water. If you like, please bring your own coffee/tea.

  • Please remember to keep your mask on between sips.

KIDS

  • Vaccines are largely not available for children under 5 and they are not the best at staying away from others and managing social distance. Let’s all work together to keep the burden off them.

MANAGE YOUR BOUNDARIES

  • We have different comfort levels regarding social distancing and physical contact.

    • Be sensitive to the needs of others.

    • Ask if you aren’t sure.

    • Speak up if you are getting uncomfortable. It’s not just okay, it’s important!
