March 6 - Better Than Better Communication “The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place.” These words are attributed to George Bernard Shaw but, sadly, many of us have learned the hard way and could have said them ourselves. It matters to be understood, convey information and even see minds change! But when those are the goals of improving our communication we will end up frustrated, at best. Let’s look again at where better than better communication starts and what it seeks. Our relationships depend on it.
